Welcome to LuxTime LLC, a New Jersey-based luxury watch dealer. By accessing or purchasing from our website or store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Product Information
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Availability of products may change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full via accepted payment methods prior to shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues or customs processes.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original packaging and documentation. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

7. Authenticity Guarantee
All watches sold are guaranteed authentic. If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, contact us immediately with documentation. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Warranty
New watches include a manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned watches may come with a store warranty (if applicable), details of which will be provided at the time of sale. Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxTime LLC disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

At LuxTime LLC, we take pride in offering the finest luxury timepieces with exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
     
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all protective stickers, tags, documentation, and original packaging intact.
     
  • Non-Returnable Items:
     
    • Custom or special order watches
       
    • Sized or altered watches
       
    • Final sale or clearance items
       
    • Gift cards
       

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
     
  • Approval: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (up to 10%).
     
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
     

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Online Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend insured and trackable services.
     
  • In-Store Purchases: Returns may be made in person with original receipt.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for an exchange or refund as needed.
